Semi-Targeted Ultra-High-Performance Chromatography Coupled to Mass Spectrometry Analysis of Phenolic Metabolites in Plasma of Elderly Adults

A group of 23 elderly persons was given functional meals (a beverage and a muffin) specially formulated for the prevention of sarcopenia (age-related loss of muscle mass).
