| الملخص: | The article presents the advances on Weibull analysis which let practitioners to plan the data collection test, to fit the Weibull parameters directly from the applied stress values, to determine the capability indices cp and cpk, and to formulate the control charts to monitor the Weibull parameters. Thus, the theoretical background and formulation as well as numerical examples for constant and variant stress behavior are given. Also references where a deeper understanding can be found are provided. |
